Who do I work with?
We have a highly experienced in-house design team armed with the latest technology to deliver high-performing design projects at high speed.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Ultimately, this will depend on the scope of work required but on average we complete our website and foundational brand projects within two to four weeks. We'll provide you with a project roadmap so that everyone has a clear understanding of how long the project should take any milestones that are due along the way.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is completed?
Yes, we value long-term partnerships with our clients. Once your project is completed, we offer ongoing support and assistance. Whether you need updates to your website or further design collateral in the future we'll be available to support you and the growth of your business.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the work and our commitment to quality we cannot provide refunds for work undertaken. We will generally outline an upfront deposit with a balance due upon handover. No refunds have ever been requested.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, we absolutely value your input and collaboration during the design process. We'll communicate with you transparently and regularly where we will seek your input to ensure the final design aligns with your vision, goals and expectations.
